I am not local but currently working in the local area so I've been here 4 times over last few months. I always eat in for which there is no extra charge. Good is very good quality, always hot and fresh. Staff are friendly and polite. Nice clean cafe that also offers a wide range of ice creams and cakes.

First time visit. Ordered a large cod and chips. Had to wait for fish, which was expected. Fish was whiter than I have ever had before. Chips were excellent. It was enough for 2 people. Staff pleasant. Clean and tidy. Will definitely be going back.

First time I have eaten in this cafe and I was not disappointed. I ordered regular fish chips with mushy peas the meal was well cooked and presented a decent portion for the money. My only grieveance is that I ordered before 4pm and asked for a small fish and chips off their lunchtime menu and was told the menu was out of date and I was offered 3 cod bites. Why have paper menus on the table if they don't serve the food that's displayed on the menu other than this an enjoyable meal
